Bill manages the monthly newsletter, social media platforms, and web design of Cities of Service content.
Before joining Cities of Service, Bill worked on the content team at The HOTH, a firm that creates engaging content for a wide range of clients around the country. In that role, he learned to craft copy that engages both readers and search engines. Previously, he created publicity strategies for a Chicago-based online satire magazine. He lived for a year in Buenos Aires, where he researched the history of Argentina’s institutional policies toward indigenous communities. As a Spanish language translator, he has translated communications copy and other writing for clients in Peru, Mexico and Spain.
Bill earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. He is a Child Advocate for the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights.
