Unsung Heroes

Stories of Service

Citizens Making an Impact in their Cities

Each Cities of Service program depends on dedicated citizens of different ages and backgrounds stepping up to make a difference in their communities. Some plant trees and clean up their streets, some teach classes, and others organize their neighbors and plan projects from start to finish. Every city faces challenges, and these unsung heroes are out in their neighborhoods addressing those challenges and building stronger communities.
